The box appeared intact but the bin had a large dent in the side. We considered sending this back but it was all getting too complicated and I managed to pop the dent out but you can still see the damage.

The metal is thin and clearly easily dented. Brabantia and Amazon need to get their packaging suitable for white van man. Last week we had a Brabantia ironing board delivered and that was also damaged and had to be returned for a refund.

I read a lot of the reviews and was a little concerned about how many people said the lid was dented, but the deal was so good I went ahead anyway. Received this morning, well packaged and I am very happy to say no dents! Took 2 photos to prove that.
